Portland media day was fun and a good experience for me. I learned a lot (more than I would’ve learned in a day of school). There were some very interesting workshops- I took a lot of notes, and heard some things and participated in some activities that I wouldn’t have been do/participate in while in the classroom. It will definitely help me with my journalism classes and strengthen my writing in the future.
