Portland Oregon form on top of a parking garage on September 13th 2020 in the middle of one of the most dangerous air quality crisis's in portland history. The hazy portland skyline shown from on top of the highest parking garages downtown captures the gloomy smoky shadow cast over the whole city. On June 15th 2020 Cai Ewoldt visited the streets of San Francisco Chinatown to see that they are completely deserted. The usually crowded and busy neighborhood that is chinatown is now just two empty sidewalks with closed shops to your left and right.
